On time for appointment. Covered shoes and had tarp to lay on floor where working. Quickly diagnosed problem and repaired. Listend to us and suggested remotes for both our fireplaces. Installed that day. Everything working fine. Labor rates comparable to other estimates. Would use again and would recommend to others.
