"Put unit into diagnostic mode and test all components of the unit. All components passed. Upon arrival freezer temp was 24 and fridge temp was 64. This was documented on a job report that was signed and left with customer. Can produce copy upon request. Units ice maker was also dangling in freezer due to missing a screw so I added a screw and remounted the ice maker. The next day received a text from customer at 2:25 am saying "Good morning, its (name removed) in 8 Mile. So far everything is cooling as it should. If an issue comes up Ill let you know. Again, thank you." At 12:27pm same day received another text asking did I change the light bulbs because they were not working. They were not working upon my arrival and was not told to check them. On the 17th received another message stating unit was not cooling to which I responded "Good day sorry for the late response. The only adjustment i did was for the temp to be lowered. Freezer was at 24 before i lowered the temp setting so if meat is freezing but not completely frozen then adjusting the temp down did not work. With all your other components passing all diagnostic test unfortunately you have an issue with either your compressor failing or loss if refrigerant." I told the customer while on site it could be there seal system and was told "it won't be." I am not epa certified to work on seal system in fridges which I told the customer that if that ended up being a issue they would need to find a company who does. Also while on site I diagnosed the customers oven for no charge. In summary tested all components in unit all passed, mounted ice maker that was hanging and missing pieces, diagnosed customers oven and advised customer if issue came back what the problem would be and how to proceed."
