Johnathan came when he said he would. Almost immediately he found the problem; he ordered the affected part &, as soon as it was received, he repaired it at a reasonable rate.

My dryer stopped heating and Johnathan came out quickly and was very knowledgeable and considerate. He diagnosed that the heating element was burnt out and was able to repair my dryer the same day for 250, which isn't bad compared to other places that I had called. Would recommend.

Justin P., repairman, was neat, courteous and professional. He was able to come the same day I called. My dryer was taken apart, cleaned, and the heating element was replaced within only a few hours which included a trip back to Jackson for the part. I could see he really knew what he was doing. I can and will recommend him and his company to all my friends.

My combo stopped drying and the drying pump needed replaced. It did take a couple hours but seeing the guy have to take it completely apart i understand. Very respectful young man

I called Apex technical services to see if someone could come out and fix my refrigerator. After calling them they had someone out with in a couple hours , Jonathon the service technician was friendly and professional and super knowledgeable and had me up in running in just a couple hours . I would highly recommend Apex if your looking for fast professional dependable service.

Justin was my technician sent to repair my refrigerator. His knowledge was impeccable, very diligent and thorough through the process. I?m a bit of a micromanager, I had many questions and he was able to answer them all with confidence. Great service. Would recommend to any and everyone I know. 5 STARS!!!!
