Although they promis ed to be at the house between 8 ad 9..they didn't show up until 1:30 pm. Wasted my entire day waiting on them.

The granite slap turned out looking good. We also had them do the tile back splash. It was awful. The tiles were not straight. They sent a worker to make repairs and he did a couple then left. There were 95 tiles needing attention. It's been two weeks and they won't return my calls. They did however send the rest of the bill.

From the original meeting with Lalo, to the selection of granite slabs, to the demolition, to the prefab, and then installation went as designed, and exceeded our expectations in all areas. Apex Tile will be getting referral business. We are impressed.

They were awesome! Great communication. Showed up on time! Did a wonderful job! Followed up to see if everything was to my satisfaction. I am looking forward to redoing my kitchen next. Nice to work with a company that does what they say!! Very impressed!! I'm a happy camper!!

They did an excellent job on the tile floor installation, as well as the tile backsplash. I am definitely going to use them again to do additional floor tile work.

Dale, the President, was excellent to work with regarding the work/proposal and Ron , the installer, was fantastic too. Hard working, courteous, and responsive are their qualities. My family room floor looks fantastic!! I would use them again.

The three granite counter tops look great and the kitchen backsplash tiling generally looks good. They cut the granite so the best parts are in the most visible places, and they checked with me about my preferences before cutting. They were good at communicating. One negative: the person who installed the tiles (which I had bought on my own) left the product/price stickers on the back, and two of those paper stickers ended up sticking up through the dried grout - had I known he wouldn't remove them, I would have. What else I've learned from the experience: Ask them if they can get the bottom half of the bull-nosing to match the top half.

Did not get back to me on a quote until I called, but after that everything went smooth. Worker was fast and did a decent job. The worker did a tiny bit of extra work in another room when I asked. Overall...I'm satisfied

They are Five Star company came out and did the work and in my eyes they did exception great job they first came out and did the fireplace front and then came out and did my bathroom area they also gave me information on how to care for the grout left with me sponge and I would use them again
