Seth knows his products and gave me options the others I got bids from did not. I ended up spending a lot less than others had quoted. Seth was professional, friendly and his measurements were spot on. He helped me choose the perfect window covering for my needs. My installer from Hunter Douglas, Dustin, was equally as good. Besides being a nice guy, Seth really knows his product and gives wonderful customer service. He was very patient to answer all my questions since this was a new area for me. Seth is great to work with! I only needed five windows but no job is too small for him. He personally came out and measured my windows and listened to my concerns. Seth is very knowledgeable and has great ideas. At first I had decided to go with the honeycomb but then changed my mind and decided to go with the same type of Hunter Douglas blinds that I already had through out the house. Seth had no problems with the change and came back for a second appointment to meet my needs. My drapes look fine, but they were pricey. Unfortunately, there were not too many blinds companies in the area. I purchased some Roman shades, some regular mini-blinds, and an up/down room-darkening blind.

Seth at Apex was great to work with, pleasant, very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We're very pleased with the product and the installation. I had called two other companies recommended on Home Advisor, one of which cancelled our appt at the last minute, said they'd call back to reschedule, and never did. The other company came to our home to get the info for the estimate but we never heard from them again. Apex is definitely the go to for window coverings.

We chose Seth because of the three window treatment companies that Home Advisor recommend for our area, Apex had the highest ratings, longest experience. Seth himself came to our home to do the consultation, measurements and installation. We have three levels to our home and ended up getting the sliding shutters for the patio door, wooden blinds for the bedrooms, vinyl blinds for the bathroom, blackout blinds for the 3rd floor media room (which helps to keep the sun out and the room cooler) and privacy blinds for the front of the house that opens from the top or bottom and allows ambient light to pass through even while completely closed. There are lots of options and Seth patiently walked us through the process. He's hard working and very easy to work with and helped us get the right window treatments for our budget and style. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to have beautifully professionally installed window treatments.

Seth is a great guy and very detail oriented. He installed all my blinds with Hunter Douglas and Norman brands. Absolutely beautiful. Some of our windows are angled and HD could not install it properly and Seth went extra miles to solve the problem and make them look really nice.

We are so happy we found Seth and Apex Window Fashions to provide blinds for our 1904 Craftsman. Seth successfully navigated a minefield of problems: 1) The windows in our house are old and quirky with various moldings and upgrades. Seth had the expertise to work around potential problems to find blinds that work well and look beautiful on all the windows. 2) My husband uses a wheel chair and has limited mobility. In addition, the windows in some rooms in our house are very high. Unlike the other company that provided a bid, Seth had the expertise and concern to realize that most HunterDouglas operating systems would not work for us and recommended an operating system that resulted in our purchasing less expensive blinds. In other words, he put our needs first. 3) He provided good counsel on bells and whistles. We were planning to purchase top down/bottom up and blackout blinds for most windows. Seth helped us analyze our needs and we ended up purchasing these styles more judiciously, resulting in considerable savings. As others indicate, Seth provides professional, timely, and friendly service. But he goes well beyond that. Now that we have been living with the blinds for some weeks, we have benefited from the wisdom of Seth's advice. We are very, very happy with our blinds and very grateful to Seth for his thoughtful consultation. I can't imagine a better experience!
