We needed a plumber to snake our sewer line from the clean out in the yard. Apexx Plumbing showed up and said that they had to send a camera down the line first to see the issue. Charged us just under $300, for the camera/auger package. Young man explained to us that our issue is with the ECUA main sewer man hole side of line that they should come to fix issue. ECUA called twice they came out 2x because we literally have crap in our back yard. They say it?s on our sides. Mean while Apexx never sent video they took from our line in to ECUA nor gave us a copy. They never sent the auger down the line only the camera for roughly $300. I?ve called several times sent emails to get them back out to auger the line and have had zero response. Can?t even leave a VM their box is full.

Josh and Brett worked with me in my time of need and were able to get a price together I could afford that very day. We worked on the project proposal for a future project and they will be able to break it down increments, with a discount that I can afford. The worked was professional and they made me a member of their plan to come out and clean and drain my new hot water heater once a year
