Did a great job replacing my hot water heater

We called Apexx Plumbing on a Monday morning and they came out that same day to look at our plumbing issue. They gave us a time that they would be here and arrived on time. In today's day and age, that's quite something. They were able to come the next day to fix our clogged pipes. They were professional, polite, did a great job (we now have clean pipes and running water - YEH!). They also did a great job cleaning up afterward.

Apexx installed an outdoor shower with a surfboard backing at my beach house and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Got home around 3:30pm and noticed a little trickle of bubbling water coming out of my front yard. Wasn’t sure what was happening. Started googling questions. Reached out to Pace Water system emergency line around 4:48pm, they didn’t come until 8:16pm (they would’ve only been able to turn the water off[but you can do that yourself too], the leak wasn’t on the city’s side so they wouldn’t have been able to help anyways). I’m just glad I didn’t take a nap and wait for them to call me back!! So glad I was proactive and continued researching and looked for a plumber b/c this could’ve really damaged my property!! So glad I picked APEXX Plumbing! I called them and they were able to get to me within their estimated time of 45 mins! AJ was our plumbing specialist. He was able to quickly turn off my water, dig to find the leak from 1 tiny puncture on a pipe, removed and replaced my pipe all within an hour. I literally thought this was going to be a multi-day process and I thought I was gonna need financing. I’m so glad that they were able to help me out and do a really great job and provide excellent customer service in this insane heat index right now and on a Saturday!! I’m so thankful!! Thank you for the service and sharing your knowledge!! They’re going to be my go to plumber moving forward! I highly recommend! They’re currently a 2 man team, top-notch service all around!

We needed a plumber to snake our sewer line from the clean out in the yard. Apexx Plumbing showed up and said that they had to send a camera down the line first to see the issue. Charged us just under $300, for the camera/auger package. Young man explained to us that our issue is with the ECUA main sewer man hole side of line that they should come to fix issue. ECUA called twice they came out 2x because we literally have crap in our back yard. They say it?s on our sides. Mean while Apexx never sent video they took from our line in to ECUA nor gave us a copy. They never sent the auger down the line only the camera for roughly $300. I?ve called several times sent emails to get them back out to auger the line and have had zero response. Can?t even leave a VM their box is full.

The workers were absolutely wonderful, very helpful and courteous. Everything was done in a very timely manner and the problem was alleviated. I recommend them highly!!!!

Josh and Brett worked with me in my time of need and were able to get a price together I could afford that very day. We worked on the project proposal for a future project and they will be able to break it down increments, with a discount that I can afford. The worked was professional and they made me a member of their plan to come out and clean and drain my new hot water heater once a year

2nd visit was late. Plumber said he had been overbooked without knowing. Everything else was very good.
