Complete tear off and replace asphalt shingle roof and gutters. Quality work. Workmen were very courteous and professional. Took a little longer to complete than expected but it was due to weather conditions (90+ degree days). Already have some indoor work I plan to have them do!

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Apgar Construction completely finished our basement including a custom bench and bookshelf under the stairs, large open living area, half bath and laundry, extra bedroom, storage room and utility closets. All of the work performed is very high quality. The workers were all very professional and considerate. Through the entire process it was very apparent that their goal was to ensure everything was completed exactly how we wanted it. They did a great job and we are extremely happy with our new basement!
