As soon as the request was submitted I received a call and the communication was polite, clear, and quick as far as the cost, what the problem and resolutions were, and pick up times. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Project: Repair, Upgrade or Troubleshoot Computers
Buddy came to my rescue with an inexpensive rebuilt computer, well within my budget, and even provided pick up, and drop off services when needed. I first bought this to be the computer I used from "home," but when my home became a nursing home he still was available to service it at a reasonable cost, when I purchased it I was on a tight budget with my "Trump Bucks" that I could spend on something as frivolous as a desktop computer, but Buddy came in under budget, and when I had an unfortunate accident that stopped it from working Buddy was there with the repairs I could afford.

Buddy needs to be cloned! He provided EXCELLENT customer service when my son brought his PC in to be fixed. He knew right away what the problem was and had his PC up and running within 24 hours. He also made me feel comfortable with his Covid precautions. He treated my son with professionalism when he dropped off his PC, unlike most businesses which when they see a child drop off their computer, they don't take them seriously. Buddy was so knowledgeable and also educated my son as well. Kudos! I received quotes from others but didn't come close to Buddys. Thank you so much for fixing my sons PC. You have a lifetime customer in us! #TeamBuddy

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
