As a military family, we cannot say enough good things about Apollo Air LLC and Mr. Jimmy. After being left without AC for 11 weeks by another Virginia Beach HVAC company while waiting on a part for a unit less than a year old, we were exhausted and frustrated. Mr. Jimmy truly saved the day. He was professional, understanding, polite, and straightforward from the moment he arrived. He came to our home and had our AC up and running within an hour. No surprise charges, no upselling, just honest, skilled work by someone who clearly knows what he is doing. If you want someone fair, reliable, and good at what they do, Apollo Air LLC is the company to call!

When our old company decided not to reply for more than 2 months and it was 13 degrees outside we plugged in 4 space heaters. Also the unit is only 3 years old. James worked on my office and came back just in time to save me and my family from freezing. (the huskies may not like the heat). Initially he was booked out for 2 weeks, however, someone was looking out for us. We were squeezed in today and Ryan fixed everything. The price was the best and even if he was higher I still would have hired him. Now we are going to keep this company on retainer and refer him to everyone we know.

I have known James Hensley for about 6 years and he has done a lot of work at my home and at the church where I work and I could not recommend him any higher. He is excellent!
