Job was done right and fast!!

If I could give Apollo Electric LLC more than 5 stars, I would! High winds knocked a limb down in my yard, pulling down the lines from the pole to the house, which pulled the meter box nearly off the house, riser pipe completely off, etc. My mom who is oxygen dependent also lives with me. By later that night, I learned the power company wouldn’t reconnect my power until I had these damages fixed. I contacted another company I had used for other services with good results, their misleading AI made an appointment for the next day, which I later found out was incorrect and they wouldn’t send anyone until Monday, even knowing about our oxygen use. Apollo called me from a quote request I had sent out the next morning. He sent me a quote within minutes of sending him damage photos, and he was here within 2 hours. Professional, and kind. He even called the next morning to make sure everything was good. He will be my first call for any other electrical needs in my house!

Had a Tesla charger installed and the process was smooth. Communication through text was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Installation went well and everything looks great. I’ll start using it next week but so far I’m very happy with the service.

Poor communication and poor attention to detail. He mislabelled about 1/3rd of the new breakers he installed in a new 200A panel install. Also failed to caulk a hole he drilled in exterior of house for ground cable.

Very competitive quote/estimate. The scheduled install was accommodating. Alternatives were explained and helped me to avoid unnecessary expenses. The owner/installer (Alex) was very knowledgeable and did a satisfying professional job. I will certainly have a few more needed repairs done by Apollo. I would highly recommend Apollo, even if it is your only estimate/quote. Apollo left with the job site cleaned up.

Alex did a great job repairing some wiring and replacing a three way switch in our basement. He was in and out quickly and did exactly the job he said he would do.

Another electrician said the job couldnâ  t be done. Alex came out and fixed that guyâ  s mess and made my home safe again. So happy with his work that Iâ  ve hired him back out to do more electrical work and Iâ  ve recommended him to my friends and neighbors!

Alex called then showed up within minutes gave me a very reasonable price for changing ceiling boxes and installing 2 ceiling fans. Very friendly and professional. He even cleaned up the area he was working in. We will definitely use him for future projects!
