Our AC stopped working and in this extreme heat here we needed it. Max and Rob, the 2 techs arrived on time, were friendly , knowledgeable, and professional. Apollo fit us in the morning we called. They kept us informed at each step of the repair of our heat pump. It did a part but they got the unit working. Luckily it was still under warranty so there was no cost. There guys are great.

*****Buyer Beware***** I learned the hard way that this company quotes extremely high prices up front and expects you to negotiate the price down. I paid $5800 for a water heater that I purchased from Apollo and later learned that I paid waaay too much. If I would have taken the time to get another quote I could have saved a couple thousand dollars. Don't make the same mistake I did!! Not only did I pay way too much for the water heater, but Apollo also quoted me $2100 to do a drain rebuild in my kitchen. Thank goodness I got another quote. I ended up paying around $500 for the same drain rebuild through Dupps Plumbing. Dupps Plumbing is an honest company that does great work. Call Dupps instead and thank me later!!

Carrie was very personable and professional. She explained everything in laymanâ s terms. I will definitely request her on any plumbing issues.

I am giving Apollo a 5 in ratings only because two managers (Mr. Tom Black & Mr. Mike Knudsen) have been diligent in resolving some issues between an Apollo advisor and me. When a young female â advisorâ from Apollo (name redacted) comes to your home for an estimate, look into the validity of her estimate. She may trick you into spending much more than necessary or suggest something to fix unnecessarily. Recently, I replaced an AC Unit and a furnace through Apollo. I now have a new â jumboâ AC that would be suitable for 3,000+ sqft, but my condo is small--only 1200 sqft. Do you see the huge discrepancy here? I didnâ t need the jumbo AC, but, when I asked why a small unit like mine would need a $15,000+ AC unit and furnace, the â advisorâ said that my place was built that way (she literally said â It all depends on how it was builtâ ). I found out later that my place did not need the jumbo AC. She also said that I would get Rheem, but they installed RUUD, instead. Apollo said that Rheem and RUUD were the same when I asked why I got RUUD instead, but I know the two are different from each other, even though they are produced under the same facilitiesâ I was told that RUUD would be a less expensive version of Rheem. All in all, the cost of my naiveté was $13,500 (the final cost; they lowered $1,500 from $15,008). It also turned out that I didnâ t need to replace the AC unit and the furnace because they were only 13 years old with not heavy use. I should have just replaced the blower motor for $1,235. I am sharing my experience with you in hopes that you donâ t get tricked into something costly. Customers typically have less information than sellers about the goods they are selling. However, the information asymmetry or a customerâ s naiveté should not cost more than $10K. I got terribly ripped off!

Technician seemed to be focused on selling me a whole new furnace and insisted on it. I spoke to other hvac techs and got the issue resolved for way less.

Outstanding…Great Service at a Great price! The cost for Apollo installing 2 water heaters was HALf of what S-K contractor quoted for one water heater!!

I am a first-time home buyer and hired Apollo to install a new faucet in my kitchen that I purchased on my own. The folks over the phone were polite and scheduling was easy. They refused to give any type of quote or estimate over the phone, regardless of saying they use flat fees, not charge by the hour. They stated just to come out and give a quote is 79$, what? The guy showed up with 1 minute to spare within the window. Immediately after arriving, he started hitting on me, asking if I live alone and asking what I was doing this weekend. He was extremely slow with looking at the faucet as if it was not straightforward. I also asked him to look at a toilet that sounded like it was running after flushing. After about an hour of just staring at the new faucet box, he came back to me with a quote. To install the faucet, and replace the rubber flap in the toilet... $1,398... WHAT? I was shocked. I ended up just going with the faucet install for a modest 598$. Insane and overpriced. It took him about an hour, continued hitting on me, and finally left. The moral of the story, do it yourself.

They sent text messages to keep me informed of the technician’s arrival time. They also sent a photo & profile of the technician which is a great safety feature. The technician was friendly & explained my options clearly. I plan to use them again.

The technician Nicolas was very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks to his efforts are ducts are now clean. He used a dedicated vacuum machine with a rotating brush that was very effective. He finished our two story house in a little over three hours.

$1090.00 for $90 in parts and installation. This site quoted $450 for the job. Price changed when they got to my house, before looking at the job.

I hired this Company based on the fact that you vet and recommended only quality firms. I was charged almost $700 dollars to replace the flush kit in a toilet. Because I used Angie I did no other research. After Apollo left I did some research and found the average for this job should have been about $400. I called Apollo and they offered me a $79 credit which I still have not received. Terrible experience. Will never use again and am very disappointed with your Company for not vetting more toughly.
