My name is Joe J. Pete. I have been in the construction trades for over 25 years. Training in plumbing and Electrical schools. 2 years as a plumber apprentice in Bethel Census Area and 1 month hands on training with U.A.S. in Juneau, Alaska. I can install water heaters, solder copper fittings, repair leaks for copper, pex, abs, pvc pipes, replace glycol pumps and zone valves, install new zone control boxes. Installation of wood stove and chimney piping. Bath tubs and shower installations. Air tests in new systems to verify new lines are leak free. I can trace electrical circuits to see how many outlets are on a circuit, inspecting for proper connections, replace outlets, switch, and light fixtures. Breaker Installations/ Replacements. Carpentry skills from rough framing to finish work. Renovations and remodel work.
