Tree Stump - Remove

Would not recommend it; is slow to start, and made so many excuses as to the nature of the job. Changed his proposal even though had all the details. Started in the middle of the day and worked only 4 hours, because had to return the rental equipment. Apparently, his workers knew more than him. Unfortunately, I agreed to the proposal and paid him for the half job, the stump is still there
