No. They charged me before they even came out. When he got here he took one second look at it and lied to me said he had no cell signal and he be right back. It was the $83.00 or free main drain clog special. Well he went to go find cell service amd never came back. Never gave me any reason or quote or anything. Just left me waiting for over an hour. I had to call the office to find out he wouldnt be coming back

Devin was the MVP, he came an hour after we called at 6pm on a Sunday for an emergency leak from our water heater that flooded our bottom floor. They asked what size the water heater was and he brought one with him! He was fast, efficient, super friendly, and did great work. We will definitely be loyal to him going forward.

Great experience! The technician, Devin, diagnosed the problem and put together a quote fast with lots of helpful information. I’m renting and needed information to move forward with a plan with the owner of the building. I also requested an early appointment window because I had work in the afternoon and Apollo plumbing made that happen.

Mark, Geoff, and Tyler were fantastic. They arrived on schedule, made solid recommendations, and were willing to adjust their schedules when I asked (mid-job) to expand the scope of work. I was orginally going to do a partial water line replacement since several contractors were unable/unwilling to do the more risky full line replacement, but Appollo Plumbing found an ingenious (and less risky) way to replace the entire line. I was so impressed that I also asked them to replace my 12 year old electric water heater with a new heat pump water heater. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. Appollo Plumbing is officially on my list of reliable, dependable, top-notch professionals to call when I need help.

We hired them to troubleshoot a high water bill. They found that our water pressure valve and an outside faucet.

I had a terrific customer experience working with Apollo...both the plumber and the front office. They communicated regularly, responded quickly, and had notifications to give me warning of arrival or progress on work. This gave me peace of mind, which was my biggest need at the time. We discovered two minor issues after the initial work was completed. Apollo promptly responded to my call or text when I reported them. And, they demonstrated great care and passion for making it right. The return visit was easily coordinated and taken care of quickly. Altogether, I came away with a great customer experience and I recommend that you give them a call for your plumbing needs.

Very prompt, very quick to respond to questions, and explains every step of the process. They continued to check in with me to make sure I not only understood what will occur and when but to confirm I agreed with overall project and steps that were required. Did I mention fast! They called me the same night I submitted the project and were ready to start right away. Great folks to work with.

Called me within minutes of receiving the quote request and able to access issues, quote a good price(so We hired them) and finish the job within the week. The Waterline replacement only took day and other than our bank account(hehe), our renter and us were happy for the job well done. They are always helpful and they have always been good to us. They are very prompt and work with you on timing.

The person did a good job except it seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry.

Dan showed up right on time and after quickly troubleshooting the problem, went straight to work. He was clean, courteous and friendly. He was able to locate the mystery problem I was having and then solved the problem an hour under the estimated time to complete. I will be calling Dan the next time I have a plumbing problem and would most certainly recommend him again to friends and family.

Dan did a great job for us on upgrading our old sink pipes. His costs are reasonable and he didn't wasn't in a rush to get done and get paid. He answered our questions about our current project and other projects as well. My only criticism was the wait for availability to come work on our house. He seems to be very busy or not always available.

Quick and honest. What more could you ask for. Superb service.
