Where are my sun screens? Promised and not delivered. Customer service does not answer the phone and does not respond to messages. The sun film suggested by the salesperson makes my bedroom to dark. Will I ever get the sun screens? A hardware store could have done this faster! Started with this company in February. I am happy to say that my screens were installed on May 4th. I called last week to find out about the warranty on window film. Have not heard back. And no one has ever asked about the darkness of the window tint. I accepted their expert opinion. My bedroom is dark.

They came to measure the same day I called and gave me a quote a few hours later. The day they were to install the windows, their care broke down. They called and said they will do anything to keep their word to do the install that day and at 5:30pm, they came and installed! Thank you! They look great!

He was a very nice fellow but. In 3 hours only got the tint off of one window, did not have time to tint the window, left a big mess including sticky soda on the ground. Promised to call to schedule the next appointment. I have not heard a word back. I removed the window tint myself. Fortunately I did not pay in advance.

They committed a start time, which was 3.0 hours later. This caused other scheduling problems. The real problem was that they gave no notice of being later than scheduled, thus giving us no chance to adjust other work. COMMUNICATE!!! Work product was VERY GOOD.
