Devon was amazing. When he came out for the initial estimate he explained EVERYTHING on how they were going to remove my tree from my roof with the least amount of damage to my roof and my surrounding property. I received estimates from other companies. Appalachian was by far the best estimate I received. Not only did I get the best price I received the best customer service since Devon took time with the logistics of the job but also recommended other things they could do or I could do myself to the other trees on my property. He came on time for the estimate and him and his crew came on time for the job. They did an incredible job. They were efficient and quick. I would highly recommend Appalachian Tree Service.

Have used this company twice! Did fantastic job both times, front and back yard looks so much better after they came. Very professional, great customer service, clean up was complete and done quickly. Would highly recommend Appalachian Tree Service. When you call them, they answer their phone, no leaving a message and hoping they call back like other tree services I called before them who never bothered to call back. Will definitely use them again for future needs as they come up.

My parents who are in their eighties hired this company to remove a tree from their small backyard. I was not there when they hired them and I was skeptical. I can now say that this company did an incredible job. My father said they were there when expected and were done and had cleaned up and gone within 45 minutes. They next morning as promised they came back and removed all the debris. You can't get any better than that.

We obtained three quotes before going with Appalachian Tree Service. The provided a written quote, reasonably priced. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked quickly to remove a number of trees. They were amazing how they took the trees down so carefully. They cleaned up and you would never know they were there.

I have no daytime access to a telephone where I work. Appalachian was able to work directly with me online via email. I needed this in order to facilitate the work I needed. They arrived when they said they would, took very little time. did exactly what I asked them to do, and cleaned up as if nobody had ever been here. Prices are competitive. Perfect.

Ryan and his team were awesome. They offered amazing customer service and did a great job understanding our needs for the job. They were able to give us a an excellent quote up front and they got the job done and cleared out my tall trees and undergrowth in my backyard. If I ever need a tree cut down again they will be the first and only team I call.

Very pleasant and professional team! They responded quickly to me initial quote request and they showed up on time for the quote appointment and the job. They removed a medium sized tree and trimmed back a very large tree that was close to our home. They were quick and efficient. Although the tree near our home had to be drastically pruned back, they were sensitive to the fact that I still wanted it to look nice. They checked with me several times during the process to make sure that I was happy with the way it looked. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again.
