Luis is a very knowledgeable technician very prompt and dependable called with ac not cooling, 107 degrees outsde and he came right away and within 2 hours we're nice and cool. Kudos for your excellent service and response time. Highly recommend

What I love about Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is that I can call whenever I am having trouble with my unit, and Luis will come at his earliest convenience. He has always been very respectful. His customer service has always set the bar for any other company that I talk to about anything going on in my home. Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is an amazing company with fair prices, knowledgeable, transparent, and very hard-working personnel. Ramon Rd next to Palm Springs Airport there was a lot of traffic going east today due to street closures. This Apparatus Air conditioning employee thought it would be a good idea to fake going left then cut us off (and like 40 other cars) from a left turn only lane. Impatient and self centered people.

Would not give me a signed receipt. As it is, the only proof I have is the e-mail from Luis stating that the invoice had been paid. And the e-mail wasn't even signed. So, I guess I have no legal proof of service except maybe the cancelled check on my monthly bank statement. But, otherwise, did good work -- spending almost 2 hours working on the roof in the hot sun.

I set up an appointment online from Connecticut for 9 o'clock. Luis called to confirm. Arrived early. He called before he did any repairs, to give me the estimate. Completed the repair in a timely manner. My tenant was very happy with their work. Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is now my go to company for my air-conditioning needs.

Very fast and reliable. Came out the same day and were right on time. They took great care of us. It was fast, easy and the amount was remarkable. They also, recommended a fault motor that is about to go out. Would most definitely give them a call again and recommend to everybody!
