Working in the desert for 20 years, we try to service the Coachella Valley with integrity and a focus on what is the right thing to do for our customers. Before starting the company, I am the owner Luis Gonzalez, was a technician for other companies. Due to my work ethic and attention to detail, homeowners would inquire whether I was the owner of the company, looking to provide better service and giving better options to customers. I decided to focus on customer service and satisfaction in starting my own, Apparatus Air conditioning, service, When a technician comes to your home and tells you right away that your unit is too old and you need a new one, it could be a sign that they are not looking to help you, and are just looking for a sale. This is a common occurrence in this industry. They don't make systems like they used to, but with proper maintenance, a 10-year old unit can be made to run efficiently at its existing seer rating.

I set up an appointment online from Connecticut for 9 o'clock. Luis called to confirm. Arrived early. He called before he did any repairs, to give me the estimate. Completed the repair in a timely manner. My tenant was very happy with their work. Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is now my go to company for my air-conditioning needs.

Very fast and reliable. Came out the same day and were right on time. They took great care of us. It was fast, easy and the amount was remarkable. They also, recommended a fault motor that is about to go out. Would most definitely give them a call again and recommend to everybody!

Great experience. Luis was nothing if not thorough, informative and professional. I needed coils cleaned and a full maintenance on an old unit that I hope holds up a little while longer. If I have a/c issues in the future, this is the professional I will call.

They took the job but apparently were not familiar with the thermostats I wanted installed and we not familiar with the kind of A/C system I have. Therefore they did not know how to hook things up. They kept reading manuals and in the end set it up wrong.

They arrived at the appointed time with the equipment. The installation went very well as scheduled. Having removed the old equipment the previous day, the completed the installation of the furnance and a/c by mid afternoon. So far I am pleased with the results and would recommend them. They were a good value compared with other companies that provided quotes for the job.
