Sue McClellan was a fabulous interior designer. She helped my husband and I with Allure Blinds, a coordinating rug and light fixtures as well. The design and installation were all done perfectly, on time and on budget. I highly recommend Appearances Count! Sue is the best!

I never thought of myself as someone who would care about blinds. Apparently I was wrong. My wife convinced me we needed new ones. I was hesitant at 1st, but now I love them. My only regret is not doing the entire house.

At first I was really happy with the job but after only 2 months the bedroom set of rods and curtains fell out of the wall. My room looks like complete crap now. After spending 500$ i was expecting them to at least stay in the wall you know. It's ok. You live you learn

Sue McClellan, of Appearances Count, did a wonderful job of installing drapes and valences in my living room and bedroom. She also hung a large number of family pictures and mementos. She was very conscientious about every detail and a pleasure to work with.

I have engaged Sue twice in the past 5 years. She installed 5 pull-down blinds in my apartment and also helped me reupholster 2 sofas and a set of dining chairs. I was very pleased with the results. Sue is patient and responsive. She has a knack for understanding the customer's desires. She knows the best local craftsmen to use for furniture jobs. She will work within your budget. I loved Sue and Ivan. Sue did everything in a timely fashion and kept me posted on arrival times, etc. Sue has great decorating skills and I loved everything she did. Ivan did a great job installing everything. Both of them are very charismatic and it was a pleasure working with both of them.

I hired Sue to install vertical blinds for the door to my porch. The blinds she chose are absolutely beautiful and go perfectly with my living room. They were installed promptly and for a very reasonable price. She also added a touch of â classâ to my living room, going above and beyond. Sue is obviously very passionate about what she does and is a joy to work with. I plan on working with her in the future, to continue to decorate my apartment. Sue is a class act.

I hired Sue to furnish an entire house for AirBnb and she did a beautiful job on a tight budget. She bought and set up all the furniture, window treatments, and accessories for a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, an office and a bathroom. You have to see the space to experience how cozy and elegant she made it look and feel! And I don't know how, but she made all this happen in less than a week, no joke!!! On a personal level, Sue is a pleasure to work with - she's warm and friendly and, as she keeps saying, "on your side!" ð , which is 100% true! I could not recommend her more! If you need someone to help you decorate your space, whether it's for your own home, for an AirBnb, or for staging, Sue is a fantastic bet!

It didnt take her long to have a clear vision of the project and how to execute it. She is a great communicator of her ideas but also listened to my ideas and concerns. She has a finely tuned understanding of combining colors that compliment each other and not matching that can sometimes give a **cookie cutter** effect.
