Great company, great people. Shane and Benito were great to work with. These are the only HVAC guys I will ever use!

The service technician was respectful and showed me a few maintenance items I can do myself.

TyReece was excellent, kept me informed of the progress and spoke on a technical level anyone could understand.

TyReece did a great job servicing our hvac system. He communicated with us during the entire process, and explained everything that he was doing to service our system.

I called Apple Aire to come out to my house to perform service on my furnace because it was not running properly. They evaluated the problem, let me know what was wrong and gave me the price to do the repairs. They also worked up a price for a new furnace. After reviewing everything with Shane Terry, it only made sense to go with a new furnace. The new furnace would come with all the warranties where as my existing furnace was over 16 years old and had no warranty. Devin & Alex were here the next morning to install the new furnace. They arrived around 8:30 and were done by 12:30. They came in, covered my floors with their carpet runners and they took care of everything. Their work was impeccable, they were very courteous and I couldn’t have asked for a better installation crew. Once the work was complete, they went over everything with me, plus they took the time to get the app downloaded on my phone and walk me through getting the thermostat registered. The overall experience was great!

Something happened with my first text for the survey so I'll complete it again. Shane did a great job with the furnace 👍. He determined the problem and let me know what was needed to correct it. The problem was the faulty wiring harness. He ordered the wiring harness and returned in a week for the installation. Meanwhile he did a fix that allowed the furnace to operate without incident. I would recommend Shane to anyone that would need furnace work. Thanks to Shane for a job well done in a very courteous and professional manner. Don.

Worst! Destruction of Your property! I trusted Apple Aire originally to install a full mini split and duct system. Until today. They sent someone guy on his 30s and facial hair who left our 25,000 dollar installation in a disgraceful mess.. vibrating uncontrollably to the point of possible ruin! WTF Don?t risk it is my strong advice !

Apple Aire has majorly disappointed us. We have paid 25,000 for their installation and they have sent their very worst to make a small maintenance repair to leave our new system vibrating uncontrollably. I am Concerned that this person has caused damage to our Daiken unit. It?s in the middle of summer and we are now left not able to cool our home. Don?t use Apple Aire they will leave you high and dry!

Apple Aire came on time and installed the new boiler and water heater and removed the old one with as little damage to the house and mess as possible. When my electricity went out the next day on the same circuit as the boiler, they sent an electrician who fixed the problem at no cost to me. I recommend them highly.

Very impressed with their knowledge. A bit pricey, but very satisfied with my new heat pump and backup gas furnace. Works much better than the Carrier equipment we had previously.

Gerry was great. Our furnace really was one that was very complicated to take apart but he spent the time to clean it thoroughly and did a very good job. You can tell the furnace is running much better now.

They did a good job and the technician was good but it was expensive.

I can only personally comment at this point since it's in the legal situation in regards to the installers leaving the windows open during the install and flooding my basement. The owner Todd is been non-responsive and taken care of the matter and has left me in the lurch. I would recommend caution and using this company their consumer reports are not matched by their level of service or responsiveness. I'm sitting in my home my basement is a wreck it was finished, the extensive damage has involved the removal of drywall carpeting pad and possibly other damages requiring thousands of dollars in repairs which they do not want to take care of. It's been over a month and I still sit in my stinky house, amongst the mold and bacteria. Visit Google for pictures of my basement left by Apple Air e.

AppleAire is a larger organization. They have dedicated sales staff and a team of experts they call in by phone to help with estimating costs for projects. Their installers are experienced, and the team that did my work did a great job with the installation. It works well and also looks nice the way it is installed. The cost of the project was more than I expected, but it is still a good value because the work is excellent and there is a 5-year warranty on the work. Thank you AppleAire!

This company above and beyond and took the safety of my 80-year old mother and that she was warm during freezing temperatures-they brought over space heaters! Thank you!! I thought it would be difficult to handle this from California but Apple Aire made most of my concerns go away!

The entire company was fantastic! They were very polite in all calls and interactions, educated me on my options, assisted me with financing options, and replaced my equipment quickly. Their staff even relocated a line that was in the way of finishing our basement and identified an issue with our duct work that was causing air not to get to one of our rooms effectively and repaired it on the spot. Any questions during the install were resolved well, and the installers were phenomenal. We even had them install a garage fan for us and that was done the same day as the AC replacement. Shane and his entire company are wonderful!

From the initial evaluation visit to the design to the install, Apple Aire did a fantastic job. They were very responsive in all phases of the project. The project coordinator Nate did a great job explaining my options and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend Apple Air for any HVAC project.

The tech (Ian) was incredibly knowledgable and willing to educate me about my system. They now have a life-long customer!
