Apple Appliance Service Company

Apple Appliance Service provides great professional work with very reasonable pricing. We have used him a number of times over the years. We have a 30-ish year old dryer that is going strong,. He was out to fix it once or twice and now it's been years since it's had any problems. He has also fixed our washing machine and our dishwasher. He is very reliable.

Tom was fantastic! He was kind and very helpful with a silly issue on a new appliance. He also treated me with respect and was well educated in his profession!! Would hire again...no doubt!!

I called Apple Appliance re: my refrigerator. The refrigerator door had been left open overnight. The freezer portion was frosted and the food in the fridge part was not cold. I explained this to Tom and he suggested I empty the fridge and freezer and completely defrost the whole unit. He said the part that circulates cold air was probably frozen up and this should work. He said that trying this could save me some money. I found this advice very impressive, coming from someone who could have made money on a service call. It worked !! I am very grateful to Tom and highly recommend Apple Appliance and will call them for any further issues I may have.

they were very kind and helpful he told me where to get the part needed to fix my dryer and we went to pick it up and I was able to fix it myself

After I contacted Apple Appliance I received a call from Tom Kurz. Tom was pleasant to talk to. He said he could come by in the aternoon. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be about ten minutes. Tom was professional explained the cost and what needed to be done. He had the parts with him and fixed my refrigerator in a short period of time. Tom was great to have working my refrigerator. He was pleasent, informative and very professional. Quick and efficient. A little expensive but got the job done . Cleaned up

Contacted them on Thursday. They called Friday. Came out Saturday. Said they had to order part. Should be in Wednesday or Thursday. Called Tuesday. Had the part. Came over. Refrigerator runs good. Reasonable in price. Beats buying a new one. Very nice people.

We had the unfortunate luck of three appliances giving up on us all at the same time: (1) dishwasher; (2) garbage disposal; and (3) washing machine. I did some searching and found Apple Appliance Service Company here on HomeAdvisor with some good reviews, so I gave them a try. They were absolutely wonderful. Within an hour or so, all three appliances were as good as new - for a reasonable price. I have already posted all over Facebook so my friends will know to use them, and I will recommend them at every opportunity.
