Average work.

this is the second time I have used Apple Appliance repair. The first time they repaired my wall ovens this time it was my clothes dryer. Their service was responsive and timely. Their price was good and the technician was polite and practiced social distancing

they responded quickly, were professional and courteous. They worked with my home warranty company to do the repair and file my claim. I will use they again if I ever need a repair

My refrigerator freezer was making loud sound. They fixed it very good. very happy

Aamir, the technician from Apple, was very prompt, took his time explaining what he was going to do, and performed an excellent job!

very friendly in and out service. customer liked that they where on time

Neel and Amir with Apple Appliance Repair were great! They were very responsive to my questions and arrived on time for our appointment. They also provided valuable feedback in that I was better off replacing the washer / dryer unit than making any repairs

Apple Appliance Repair was very prompt in contacting me. Their service representative diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and provided a cost estimate to have the dishwasher repaired. After receiving the estimate, the best alternative for us was to purchase a new dishwasher.

I liked the service very much. I already recommended the service to other friends. (I don't give 5 stars)

Very Professional

Very responsive from time I put in a request for quote to arrival time. Arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed an issue with our dishwasher motor not working. Recommended

Apple Appliance Repair was prompt in contacting me, kept me up to date as to when they would arrive. I had an ice maker replaced. I understood the process, the repairman knew what he was doing and was completed with the project quickly. Would definitely hire again.

First let me say, I looked up on YouTube how to fix a dryer...after this whole experience, leave it to the pros. The service was the first to contact me. They showed up on the first day, gave estimate, assessed the problem, located the part/parts (if I were to do this work myself, it would have taken a week just to get the part), returned and finished the project by end of day. They were very thorough and gave me a full understanding of the problem. Now I'm confident that my dryer runs optimally and won't cause a fire! Thanks Apple!

Prompt and courteous. Where others may have been tempted to take advantage of this particular repair they were quick to suggest some easy homeowner actions first to see if the problem was corrected without a service call. Visit and repair was done timely and exactly at price quoted.

The service man was prompt, friendly, and informative.

Not sure what to compare their price to, but they did everything asked of them and everything is working fine now.

Apple Appliance was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and followed up with phone calls. We had them look at a dishwasher that would not come on. The fix was simple and they did not try to add on additional items. We just got billed the minimum service call fee.

came in a timely manner and evaluated the problem and within less than an hour it was complete was professional

He was nice enough, but we only duct taped a part and he gave me an estimate to fix the washer and dryer for things that the problem didn't turn out to be. Had Sears come in and determine that the Washer needed to be replace. Drum broke off housing.
