So far, I am pleased with the quality of components used in this installation, but didn't always like the customer service. This contractor forces people to use email for communication, as he doesn't answer his phone. Also, he tries to force everybody to do everything his way, and doesn't like to compromise. Our control head was installed on the wrong wall, and 2 of the heads may be installed in our neighbors yard. I think these problems could have been avoided with better communication and better customer service.

Very service oriented and came out quickly. Didn't have part I needed, but worked something out that I am happy with. They charge by the minute which surprised me a little as minutes can be used up so easily by talking, walking back and forth to the truck, adjusting sprinkler heads, etc. I would call them again.

I was very pleased with the service, knowledge and competence of Apple Irrigation. They came out when they said they would, showed me how the system worked, replaced broken heads and programmed the system for the season. I will use them for my fall shut down and blow out, as well.
