Apple Pie Maids

Apple Pie Maids did a great job with my reoccurring house cleaning. Sometimes I am fully prepared for a cleaning and they get a bunch of extra details and sometimes it's a mess & they catch me back up! I am forever grateful to have their help.

Apple Pie Maids cleaned for me for about 6 months. They were a good value and very good communicators. The team of cleaners were mostly college students and some were more thorough than other but the owner was good at managing this shifting team and resolving issues.

Katie, owner of Apple Pie Maids, is what makes the company special. She is kind, thoughtful, an excellent cleaner, and always willing to do what it takes to make you happy. She is honest and willing to fix any problems that may arise. I also like her system of communication of notes in a folder so we can keep track of what tasks need to be completed for each visit.

Very great service. That are flexible if you need to change the day of your cleaning or need some special cleaning. That also provided us with great babysitters.

Started complaining the moment they walked into my apartment an hour late, said they were going out to get more equipment bur were never seen again, complained they couldn't reach me to get directions to my building even though they passed the front door of the (open) property office a dozen times. complained my vacuum cleaners weren't usable, but made no effort to find out what the problems were even though it took me only 5 minutes to fix them, at which point they had already disappeared, all during their brief presence in my apartment their attitude was snotty at best, as if they were doing me a favor by agreeing to clean the place. Clearly Apple Pie Maids fails to screen job-seekers with regard to language skills, immigration status, criminal records, job experience, reviews by other customers and many other parameters. All in all dealing with employees of this company was a horrific experience.

Very pleasant experience, everyone was extremely nice. Their communication with each other was spot on, checking with one another to make sure jobs were complete. They setup a plan to conquer new things each trip, so I decided to keep them on as long as I can afford it. Plus they left me a nice little dessert! A++ rating!
