Dylan and Justin were wonderful to work with. Not only did they do a great job installing the faucet and repairing the toilets, but, most wonderfully, they solved the low water pressure issue we had for 20 years. Other plumbers just said it was normal for our neighborhood or we needed all new pipes. Dylan and Justin diagnosed the real problem in minutes and we had great water pressure in no time. The shower massage pulsating setting actually works now, and it does not take forever for the toilet tank to refill. Thank you Apple, Dylan, Justin.

Bruce was able to not only unclog the drain but configure the pipes with a clean out and for better drainage. Cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend.

They were very effective and their customer service was great from initial phone call for scheduling to the team that showed to help with my issue. I was able to get some day service. The team trouble shot my issue and also checked all other plumbing in the same area to make sure the leak was happening where I thought. They were fast and clean and thorough.

The water main to my house burst and flooded my house. Another contractor had partially removed that water main and installed one that was not to code. Pat and his company came highly recommended to fix this problem. When I met Pat, he was very sympathetic and most of all willing to correct this problem and work with county inspectors and my insurance company. He ensured that all plumbing was to code. The guys not only installed a code-compliant water main, but a tankless water heater, and water treatment system. Pat and his crew were very pleasant to work with. They took the stress out of a very tense situation. Thank you!

overpriced for what was done. $254 to install a faucet I provided in the bathroom. I realized today that the hot & cold were not hooked up right (they were reversed). Isn't that the most basic thing he should have checked before leaving? I basically paid $167/hr for the work that was done including resetting the toilet seal. I won't use them again or recommend them.

Pat, owner, provided the job quote. He was extremely nice, professional & knowledgeable. He provided me with info about the well in addition to items that should be brought up to code or replaced. I assure you that the quality of work was the motive. The crew were very polite, punctual, clean and did a great job. Everything was exactly as quoted. They couldn&apos;t remove all debris at the time b/c of wt but arranged to come back & were true to their word. The mgr called me <5 min after they left to ensure I was happy. I cannot express how pleased I am with their service! Gold stars all around!

Outstanding customer service! After I received my HomeAdvisor recommendations, I called Apple Plumbing and got a real person on the phone that was very helpful and courteous. This was extremely refreshing since the plumper I had called before never bother to respond to my phone messages. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and completed the job in about an hour at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Apple Plumbing again! Also can&apos;t say enough good things about the HomeAdvisor service. Received two recommendations and each company called me within an hour to follow-up.

While I believe their prices may have been a little high compared to some of their competitors, it was well worth it to pay a little more for the excellent customer service and quality work. I needed someone same day. I called several other companies that told me they had no openings for a week. A representative for Apple plumbing literally called me while I was still on the phone with one of your agents and had one of their guys at my home within 2 hours. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional and I was very comfortable having him in my home. All around great job, unmatched customer service and one very happy customer!

Sue at Apple met me promptly to exchange a toilet bowl bolt cap to match color for a replacement toilet. She discussed rating the rating system for toilets to help me make the best decision. The technician arrived on time, was meticulous in his work and asked if I was satisfied at each step. He was able to save me some money he adjusted (rather than replaced) a water supply valve. All told, I am quite pleased with Apple&apos;s work.

They called right away, came out, and repaired this quickly. I would use them again and will recommend them.

Apple Plumbing contacted me within an hour of submitting my request. They were able to replace the tank the same day at a great price. No problems, highly recommended, and would use them again in the future.

The technician called in the morning and I had an appointment, so he told me to call when I was back. I called him at about 2:30 PM and he met me at my house by 3:30. He got right to work and completed the job in a few hours. He was polite and clean. I was a little surprised at the price, but I have not had any work like this done in about 9 years, so I am a bit out of touch with the cost of things like a water heater and installation. He was willing to work with me, though. All in all I would highly reccommend Apple Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing work done, and I will call them back if I need any other plumbing done.

We hired Apple to complete our public water hook up. I cant say enough good things about the owner and employees of Apple. They were true pros, did a great job, were extremely patient with the continuous setbacks and delays due to the county and in the end, Pat wouldnt accept anything more than what we had agreed to. Apple&apos;s bid was between 15-50% lower than the other companies that bid on our project.

Great customer service - far better than some other local area plumbers who laughed at my job request.
