Great experience with Apple from start to finish! I was going to go with another company but decided to return their call and get them to provide an estimate. To my surprise, Katie at Apple beat the other one by over $1,000, included the upgraded shingles, and also my shed. Communication was wonderful, my supervisor Christian led a crew that completed the work in one day! They included drone shots of the progress throughout the day! When they were wrapping up, the crew cleaned up very well left the property in great condition. Highly recommend you call Apple for your next roof...you won't be disappointed!

Worst experience with a company and owner of a company ever. We hired them to do a complete redo of our roof. We paid almost $17,000. None of the original leaks were fixed and we now have multiple new leaks. The owner, Phil fired the whole crew after my house was done which says a lot. The foreman was drinking alcohol and left the whole day, came back when the job was done. The roof on my whole house was supposed to be done and they forgot to do the sunroom roof. Then we get billed an additional amount of $1,584 for all the wood they ripped off because they couldn't get it off. They ripped every piece off, our entire roof was wide open. We didn't agree with having to pay him anymore money when we have leaks all over that we have sent multiple videos to prove. No one will respond to our calls or texts. We ended up trying to pay them this extra money he came up with after we were paid in full. Read the contract before you sign because it says you can't sue them or countersue. Shady.

Apple Remodeling LLC replaced our roof in March 2025. They were very good in explaining the materials and process with us. Their estimate was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time, worked all day and did a great job cleaning up!

The owner, Phil Concha, takes pride in his work, workforce, and products. Quality. I had to purchase my 1st roof and was concerned about being led astray and overcharged. Apple and Phil are not that! They want you to feel safe, secure, and satisfied! Transparency and clarity is a definite focus. The work: OUTSTANDING. The work, the product, and outcome were absolutely on point.
