I am very pleased with the service. Scott was very detailed, thorough, took his time and also walked me through at the end of the inspection to go over all the details of his findings. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. He was also able to get the report over to me the next day, which was important for me as we have a shortened close date. The report was organized detailed and easy to understand. I would recommend Applebach to anyone in need of a home inspection or new home inspection.

Scott is very experienced, thorough and knowledgeable! He took the time to walk us around and go over everything in the inspection report and answer all of our questions. He takes phone calls after to answer questions as well, which was very helpful!

Scott came out and walked us through our new home. He found some issues. Gave advice on which are important for the builder to fix and those that we could fix. Very detailed and thorough. He has been in various sides of the building industry so he has a great understanding of the process.

Josh and Spencer performed a home inspection for me last week and I was blown away with the level of detail and attention they provided in their service. The inspection process was almost 4 hours and included a very detailed explanation to me of all the issues (and potential future issues) they uncovered. Scott Applebach was the utmost professional. He arrived on time, completed his inspection and met with us after. His inspection was extremely thorough and included items I would have never even thought of. Our inspection was on a new build and was completed prior to the blue tape walk through. Scott provided the report to our build manager, who was also very appreciative of the information. The inspection included all functioning items (e.g. drawers, doors, HVAC, water, gas, electric, etc...). Photos were taken and provided during meeting with Scott. Issues were circled and pointed out in photos, along with an explanation of each issue. I would highly recommend Applebach Home Inspections.

I can't recommend Scott and the Applebach team enough. He was incredibly thorough for our 10-month new home build inspection and reviewed every inch of our house to ensure everything was noted in his report. He took his time to document all of his findings and is very knowledgeable about the homes in the East Valley area. Scheduling was a breeze, his pricing was very reasonable, and he had the report to us the same day.

Scott was prompt and thorough. Arrived on time, and took his time doing a detailed inspection. He was great at explaining why he made the notes he did, and what he was noting in all of his photos. The inspection was a little over 4 hours and we received a very detailed (nearly 40 page report) later the same day. It was the perfect document to provide to the home builder for our new home one year warranty. Would definitely recommend.
