Jim listened to my expectations and understood the scope of my project. Without influence, Jim specified building materials beyond 'typical' installation (30# underlayment versus 15#). He also specified building materials that match existing conditions (2" drip edge versus 1-1/2") where as other contractors insisted on using materials that would not match existing materials. Jim's price quote was not the lowest or highest but the simple fact that he listened and did not pressure me to make changes to my home was reason enough to select Applebee Roofing.
