We have to say that this company cares about their customers !! We have a special needs daughter, she is 17 and requires total care. We had a bathtub and needed a walk in shower accessible for her bath chair. Matt worked with us to make sure it was possible. From the beginning to the end they were super amazing. The technicians did a beautiful job on my walk in shower. They took great care to not damage anything in my home by laying down protective covering over my entire staircase and the carpeting in my bedroom so as not to get my carpet dirty. The finished shower was magnificent to use and look at. The technician that took the measurements was very detail oriented. Also, Alisha is a great representative for Appleby Systems. The best service anywhere! The same issue I had with my old front door seemed to be an issue with the new door but Jim was insistent to make sure it got repaired. Appleby's service is well worth the extra pricing that come with the great products and warranties are transferable when you sell the house! I can tell Appleby is very thorough when hiring individuals. Jim gets 6 stars from me and our dog Moon!
