The bathroom was very high quality and looks better than most 5 star hotels. The installer took his time and showed us the steps of the project. His workmanship was top shelf. The system was not cheap but well worth the investment in my opinion.

Waited much longer for installation than promised. Had to hound customer service for installation date. Didn?t order enough siding so what they brought back to finish didn?t match. Waited additional time for gutter installation. Gutters don?t drain water from the house. This company has HORRIBLE customer service, do not respond to messages, come in with a very hard sell, and you will pay to much for the job. I would NEVER have them work for me again.

All went well. I needed a solid back door for safety reasons and I got one. It was costly but appears to be worth it. The salesperson, installer and follow up were all timely and professional in all they did and say. I was very pleased with the workmanship.

This contractor failed to meet my exceptions . Customer Service failed to followup with me on final project issues- I feel better customer is the real issue here, workers are great but the back end was awful.

The man who installed my shower was pleasant, quiet, and efficient. He let me know when he would arrive each day and it was done in 2 days. No one would know he had been there. He cleaned up after himself.

Good customer service, quality product and installation. Had a minor issue with what work was to be completed. One short phone call was all it took to completely resolve my issue. Couldn't be better service. My only issue with the company was the lack of communication during the "waiting" period between authorizing the project and making the down payment and the actual installation date. In my case nearly two months behind due to weather, but no updates about when installation would actually begin until a phone call that they would start "tomorrow." *Update* After the job was completed I realized the porch lights on the back of the house were reinstalled too low for the doors to open. I notified Appleby of the problem via email on Saturday, on Monday they came to remove most of the debris from my driveway and I showed him the problem. He said someone would contact me to schedule the repair. On Thursday I called Appleby to inquire about the repair and no one seemed to know anything about the issue. After talking to a couple different people I spoke with the person in charge of such work and was advised the soonest anyone could complete the repair was another week. After some discussion about the fact that not being able to open my back doors for two weeks was unacceptable, they agreed to send someone out the next morning.

My experience was a very positive experience because of the skill and professionalism of Tim Stover, their plumber. He provided great service and professionalism. Because of him I also utilized their HAC services.

Everyone that I dealt with along the way of the process was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installer did an excellent job, was very thourough and made sure that I was completely happy with what he had done before he left.

They did a good job but the tech who measured before the installer didn't do the job correctly and the installer had to fudge. Then they delivered one fewer faucet than we needed. They made good on their commitment, but for the dollar they received, I expected something close to perfection.

The guy who came to do the work was excellent the only thing that soured the experience was the salesman.

They were efficient and got it done on time.

When they give time/dates, don't push someone into something sooner or a different time. Don't agreed with their finance rates - killing a working man!

They did a great job, and we like our windows, they look really nice in our place. We are pleased!

They were good about keeping us informed on timeline. Follow up on any questions or concerns. Did a great job on out old farm house looks like new. The product is excellent. Heavy vinyl with insulation already applied.

They were a bit pricey but the value was there and I would hire them again if I had more work to be done.

This is the second time I've hired them. I really like them they were fantastic!
