I am Carl Eisen, licensed inspector and owner of Appletree Home Inspections LLC. I will be providing you with a complete and unbiased opinion on the condition of your home and its observable components. As a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) you can expect an inspection that conforms to the industries most rigerous standards. I will provide you with a computer printed report bound in a booklet and presented at the conclusion of the inspection. The report is then converted to a PDF format and emailed to you and any interested parties. As a service to all my clients, I provide lifetime consultations on any home repair/remodeling issues you may have. My belief is that a home inspection should not only provide you with an opinion on the observable systems of the house but also an educational opportunity for my clients. It is strongly recommended that you be present at the inspection. I understand that each individuals needs and knowledge may be different and try to meet those needs accordingly whether it is providing flexible scheduling hours or taking the time to be available for questions well after the report is completed.
