When using Applewood customers receive a picture and short bio of the technician dispatched to their home. We will fix your problem RIGHT, the first time, at an approved, up-front price. After your appointment, we follow up with a phone call to make sure your appointment went just as you expected. We are open 6AM to 10PM, 7 days a week to serve you at your convenience with NO OVERTIME CHARGES. **Keeping you and your family safe in your home has always been our top priority. Kevin was the most professional serviceman I have had in my home! He was enthusiastic and professional when addressing my heating and air conditioning concerns. During his inspection he saw an unsafe pvc pipe resting on the furnace. He also saw that there wasn’t a switch to shut furnace down if there was a water leak from the AC. . He professionally corrected these issues and explained how my humidifier works and replaced the filter! Applewood Heating, Plumbing and Elec has a fantastic HVAC expert in Kevin !

We have been using Applewood for years - always a great experience for plumbing, heating or electrical issues. During my annual AC check up the Technician discovered issues with my AC tower that we ended up replacing. Note that Applewood did not do the original installation. Estevan was very thorough and explained every step of the way what he was doing. I would definitely give him an A+.
