I needed to repair my microwave and was in touch with Home Advisor. Jeriamie called and said he would be happy to help. He was prompt and checked my microwave out. I was unable to open the door and he got it open, but the part he needed to fix it was no longer available. He offered to install a new one for me whenever I could get around to buying one. He was professional and friendly.
