He was great- gave us options, took care of getting parts quickly and had the job done in no time. He actually gave us a work around that we didnt even know existed and it was much cheaper than fixing everything that needed doing. He saved us money with this work around and was happy to do so.

he was able to show up within 2 hours of calling and identified the problem as being a burned out power indicator light assy. he charged me a reasonable fee, showed me how to replace it and gave me a website to order the part.
