The diagnosis was quick and reasonable but the follow-up services is nonexistent. take money for parts that have not produced them

Employee whom I talked to on the phone was so polite and pleasant and helpful! The repairman couldn’t make the first appointment but she notified us, apologized and offered solutions. We rescheduled. She called us 30 minutes before he was to come. The repairman was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable! He explained the problem thoroughly to us. Both of these employees were so professional! First time I had used Angie's and I was so impressed. Thank you!
