We hired this company to replace a glass cooktop everything started out fine he called got the model number and gave me a cost estimate then told me it would cost 220.00 down to pay for the part I gave him my card information received a text receipt per my request. A week later he called and said they sent the wrong part he would have to return it and order the correct one. After about 10 days I called and he stated they sent the wrong top again he recommended I call Samsung and order the part but said he apologized he was going out of town for 6 month and I would need to find a different installer when I got the correct part. He said he would refund what I had paid it would take 10-14 days before I saw it in my account. I have never received my refund the guy doesn't answer his phone and the base company in AL the number is not a working number!!!! This company appears to be scammers.

The person I worked with was Mike. He was very friendly and very reliable. The part I needed was not available and wouldn't have it until the next day. He called the next day to let me know he had part and what time he would be coming. I was very pleased and will call him again if needed.

Troubleshooting both washer & dryer problem in less than 5 minutes. Mike was awesome. Saved the day for our New Baby laundry crisis !!!!!

Mike made the appointment for the next business day, but found he had time at the end of today, so came and fixed my appliance. I was impressed that he went the extra mile, and did a great job. I will call him in the future if I have a problem.
