HORRIBLE service - keep looking for an appliance repair company!!! I was told by another repair company that Appliance Care of Atlanta is the WORST, so they have a reputation - just not a good one in the industry. Where to start..My LG oven display panel went out early November so I called and got an appt for 2 days later. Sergio showed up and assessed the oven and I decided it would be better to fix than replace (the part would take 3-5 business days) but I never got a "detailed quote" for my repair job, even though I asked for one repeatedly, and that is a RED flag to me. I had to ask for a receipt of the deposit I put down AFTER he left my house. The office staff was completely unprofessional - when I called a week later to check on the part , first I was told my a young man that the part had arrived and he would check with the tech and call me to schedule the install. Never heard from him, so I called later that afternoon and spoke to Myra who told that she didn't know why he would have given me that information, but she would check with Sergio and call me back which she never did. was told it would take another 3-5 business days. oh, and she would send my calls to voicemail when I called. I literally heard her pick up the phone and then send the call to voice mail. They gave me the runaround for close to 2 weeks, with Thanksgiving now the following week. In all that time and hassle I was never given any information that was new , it was the same thing over and over. I lost my patience with them, so I went to Home Depot and they could have a new oven delivered in 2 days. I canceled the order for the repair but wished I had NEVER called them in the first place.

Russell Shvets was sent to help me with my wine cooler. He spent 2 hours at my home, carefully removed and examined the cooling unit, checked everything he could, spoke for a while with a technician from Breezeaire, explained my options honestly, and eventually came up with a solution after communication with Breezeaire. My unit now seems to be working fine after an addition of freon. I'm very pleased with the service.

We had to spend time and money doing what the technician should have done, When we paid the down payment, he said the part was available. After waiting two days we were told the part we needed was discontinued. But we found the part quickly on the same day. Finally, we had to suffer thru waiting 10 days and spend more money to get the job done. We wanted to talk to the manager, but we never got a response. To be honest, is the key to doing business. We still want to talk to the manager.

EXCELLENT COMPANY. Repair person, Paul, arrived at 6 p.m. on New Years Eve and identified problem with freezer drawer, removing ice buildup so we could use until new part arrived. Paul explained the problem thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and even though it was New Years Eve he did not rush. He then worked on our clothes washer, which was a new problem, and repaired it. We are extremely pleased with this company and Paul. We will always call them (and ask for Paul).

when I called the company with my concerns about the service, I did not get a resolution to the problem. They could not tell me the cost of the replacement part or how much the installation of the part would cost me. I called two days later to see if they could give me an estimated time when the part would arrive but no one called me back. I had to pay $49.99 for a trip fee but I eventually cancelled with this company. I would never use them again. D. Lee

This company is supposed to be an expert when it comes to appliances but they are not. They came out to service my washing machine as it was leaking. They advised that it was "fixed" and not leaking. The leak in my laundry room continued so I replaced my sump pump, the leak continued. I hired a leak detection company and even replaced an elbow joint in my plumbing in my wall (lots of dry wall was removed). The leak continued and we ripped up the floor. While running the washing machine, it leaked out of the front of the machine. After spending $2000+ in trying to find the leak, they refuse to consider any type of reimbursement of my costs. They are terrible and I strongly recommend you find a different, competent company for your appliance needs.

"I explained this yesterday but i'll explain this again, yes we went out there on 5/18/19 but we never claimed to fix the leak. We even told you that we didnt fix any leak. The technician went out there and checked everything he could that could leak; the door gasket, water line, filter, underneath, and even ran the unit for 3 cycles just to see if he could spot the leakage. Since he couldn't spot the leak there was nothing he could replace or fix. As a result he told the client "hey Im not seeing any leak at the moment, it could be from the washer or not but I cant tell you for sure because while Im here its not leaking" After that he proceeded to give the client his personal number and told her that if she sees it leaking again for her to give him a call and he would come out right away to check it out. Normally if the issue isn't resolved within the warranty period (30 days) we receive a call from our clients telling us the issue is reoccurring and we go out there free of charge to re-diagnose the problem and our work to fix it. In Janet's case Almost 3 MONTHS have past and we haven't received a single phone call from her at all so we assumed it wasn't leaking. Its not our fault that she decided to call all these different companies and spent $2,000, we never told her to do that (we told her to give us a call if it starts to leak again which she completely disregarded) and that was solely her decision. Again we never told her that her unit didn't have a leaking issue, only that it wasn't leaking while the tech was on site (on the invoice). Again understand that its near impossible to diagnose the leak when the unit is not leaking when we're on site. For that reason we told her to give us a call if it starts to leak and we would come check it out. Never received any phone call. There was no negligence on our part."
