I had a terrible time finding someone to come out to fix my dryer as I live out in the country and have a home warranty. This company went out of their way to help me when no one else would. We hired this company to repair our refrigerator. The service person arrived at our house and stated he could not fix Whirlpool refrigerators this new. He then asked my wife for hand lotion and spread it all over the ice maker and said that should work. He then charged us $40 for his service. It would have been nice if they would have disclosed they can't repair certain refrigerators because they are "too new" before charging someone the $40 service call fee. But we do now have a well moisturized ice maker...... and it only cost $40!

They never try to over sell their services or overstate the problem. Aaron provided fast, same day service.
