Mike came when he said he would, was professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend him highly.

A little pricey, but came when he promised, diagnosed the problem properly, and fixed it the next day once he obtained the necessary part. Good job.

Courteous, prompt and professional

He came out to determine my freezer needed a new thermostat. He said he was going by the supply depot that afternoon. He would confirm the price and when he could come back later that day. He wanted his $65.00 service call right then that would come off of the price of the thermostat. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM. HE HASN'T RETURN MY PHONE CALL. THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO.

The work has already been completed. I am very satisfied and the contractor (Appliance Doctor) was prompt and had the replacement in the truck.

The technician had to return several days in a row and was still unable to repair my refridgerator, but I was still charged a very large fee.

Very courteous and polite. Fixed my fridge perfectly. Only drawback is they don't accept credit cards and that was very inconvenient.

I requested the repair online and received a call back within 5 minutes....on a SUNDAY! Mike told me he'd come between 8 and 9 the next day and was here right at 8:00am. He was in and out in 20 minutes and the fridge and freezer were fixed with no hassel. the cost was less than I expected, and I'm not going to have to take time off of work to wait for the repair person. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of fast and reliablie service..

Diagnosis seems to have been accurate. Second trip .... wrong part. Third trip (same day) was able to fix the problem. The only real problem I had was that this did not seem to be a real...established firm that I was dealing with. Wrote check to "Texas Appliance Master" rather than "Appliance Doctor". No name of company or any data was on the receipt I received. Just made me question...made me nervous. Repairman was prompt, courteous, seemed to know what he was doing...was careful in what he did.....NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL ABOUT THE REPAIRMAN OR WHAT HE DID.

Initial problem not fixed on first visit. Had to have him return to make repair of initial complaint. Problem was repaired on second visit.
