Derek was polite, showed up at his scheduled time and had a solution to my dishwasher problem. Unfortunately he could no longer get the part, even though he tried to locate one for several days, and I had to buy a new machine. I have no problem with recommending them and will not hesitate to call them next time I need a repair.

Derrick called within 30 minutes of making a request on Home Advisor, said he could come the same day 2-4 and showed up at 2:38. Listened to the problems and got to work immediately. Found/fixed the problem with the fan without overcharging or having to replace any parts.

Derrick Bond is very kind, polite, quick and knowledgeable. The only difficulty was that the correct replacement part he ordered was not the same part that arrived. Other than that slight delay, I would still recommend Appliance Doctor.
