I filed a claim through my home warranty company for my dishwasher. The dishwasher door leaks at the beginning of the cycle. The warranty company paired me with ApplianceFixit.com for the repair. We scheduled an initial appointment and the technician did not show up and did not communicate with me to say he could not come. I had taken off work to be home for the appointment. I scheduled another appointment. The technician did show up for the second appointment to fix the dishwasher door leak. After the repair, the dishwasher continued to leak. The same Technician came out again to address the leaking door. He screwed dishwasher into my cabinet to prevent tilting with the hopes of addressing the leaking. He screwed the dishwasher in too high, causing the top of my dishwasher door to rub against the countertop anchor, which resulted in damage to the top of the dishwasher door. I called the technician to inform him of this new problem he created with his repair- he left my house less than an hour prior to this phone call. I requested he return to my house to adjust the dishwasher to prevent further damage. He told me there was nothing he could do about the door rubbing and becoming damaged. He then hung up on me and would not answer my phone calls after that. I filed a complaint with BBB requesting the company to fix the damage the technician caused to my dishwasher door. They declined to fix the damage. In addition to not fixing the dishwasher AND causing damage to it, the technician was rude at every interaction (even before any issues arrived). I do not recommend using this company for any appliance repair.

Have been without a washer for over 2 weeks. Diagnostics are change a part and hope it fixes problem. After 3 visits, problem still not fixed.Asked for refund and was told they would have to take my machine because they spent money on replacement parts. Would not recommend to anyone.

I paid $1500 for a built in refrigerator repair, he couldn't fix it, and left after 2 hours of labor.....The man was very rude....He replace two parts that were not broken in the first place....I would never hire him again ! Those other reviews must be his friends or relatives.

Very professional. Came at night to fix the problem-(this was a big positive).
