Matt was professional, kind, and courteous! He made the propane conversion on our gas range and kept us informed throughout the process. He answered our questions honestly and professionally. Heft even went out of his way to answer questions about the dishwasher we installed and called KitchenAid on our behalf. Matt was prompt, very courteous and a pleasure to work on my washer. Very knowledgeable of his trade. His young son was quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Another issue required another
another visit..Matt scheduled it immediately. My first time to use him but not my last.I will certainly recommend him in the future. I thought his charges to be fair..most all service repairman, charge an upfront charge to evaluate the issue.

Matt responded to me quickly. He also figured out the problem while talking on the phone. He was able to get to us within 2 days. He was on time, he let us know when he would arrive and he let us know when he was headed to our house. He was fixed the issue within 15 min. We highly recommend Matt as he is professional and dependable.

Matt was very responsive and efficient. All it took was one phone call and he made an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and returned with the part and repaired the washer. He also did not complain about having to drive out of town. My husband said that he was so nice. He even helped my husband replace a bandage on his back, I kid you not..
