Very very pleased with the whole experience. Mind you this was a rental home we have and the tenant was there for the appointment. While we had to wait 2 weeks as Troy was very busy it was worth it. Troy was very proactive to respond to my texted questions and it is evident that he was genuinely concerned about my repair and having it done right. His communication was fantastic, and follow thru just as great. I felt his labor cost was a little more per hour then I expected I still gave it 5 stars. Why? I feel it was worth it to feel confident that the repair would be done right the first time and I would know what was going on at all times. Troy as quick, efficient and as I said, communicated everything via phone with me each step of the way. My tenant commented on how polite he was, how he was courteous and informative when she asked questions and she felt he was very honest and forthright. What more can you ask for in an appliance repair person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TROY. Keep his number on hand.

The Appliance Guy was on time, professional, and very helpful in helping me understand the problem I was having with my refrigerator. He did a great job of diagnosing what was wrong, had the part on his truck and repaired it and was gone within 35 minutes! He even waived the trip fee and just charged me for the part and installation. Great savings and a great experience. Highly recommend The Appliance Guy!

Troy was very reliable, kept in touch with appointment time, and finished the install in a timely manner. He also made suggestions regarding our venting, etc. He had helped us previously with an ice-maker issue, and I plan on using him again for a dishwasher install.

He was amazing. He walked me through every step of the install and took care to explain each step. He was reasonably priced and quick to get out here. Overall, I would definitely recommend this guy! I had zero complaints and only good stuff to say about him!

Troy is an honest, knowledgeable and dedicated professional. His price is very reasonable and you will find him always trying his best to help you and he is responsive to your request. I gave it a try to hire Troy to repair our refrigerator after reading the positive review from this site. Previously I had a bad experience with a different company that overcharged me and did not fix the issue. Troy came in, did a thorough inspection of the unit, and identify few potential issues that could cause the problem. He is not pushy and he let the customer to decide what's best to do after giving his honest opinion. Long story short, he is able to fix our refrigerator while others cannot and I am happy with his service. I will definitely go back to Troy for any future repairs.

Troy was very responsive, came when he said he was going to come and was totally pleasant. He knew exactly what was wrong with my two appliances and, After the parts came in that he ordered, he came out and replaced them. I will definitely use him again. He was quite knowledgeable.

Ended up having to replace the washer dryer but this repairman pointed out a major problem that we addressed when we replaced he appliances.
