Appliance (Microwave Oven) Installation and Replacement

Botched job. They didn't use the template provided to drill the holes for the under-cabinet mounting and instead drilled MANY holes to guess the correct spots. Only 1 of the 3 bolts to secure the microwave were actually holding the microwave in place. They used the old microwave bracket, which did not fit, so they bent the bracket tabs that secure the bottom of the microwave so that the microwave sat on top of the bent tabs. The bracket for the new microwave comes attached to the microwave when they package it. An experienced handy person would know that. They didn't adjust the blower motor, which was set up for an outdoor exhaust, thus the airflow was incorrect. When finished, the right side of the microwave protruded 1/2 inch further than the left. I had to hire someone else to correct this, and it almost couldn't be fixed due to the multitude of holes in the cabinet. I have a relatively new home and in excellent condition, so needless to say I'm very unhappy about them destroying my cabinet. I called Home Advisor Customer Solutions and Appliance Guys had 48 hours to try to resolve issue, but they never bothered to contact me or refund me half of their service fee. Do not hire!
