HAD A REFRIGERATOR LEAKING WATER AND FEEZING UP. THEY CHARGED ME $500 TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ITS BEEN ALLMOST 4 MONTHS AND 4 SERVICE CALLS AND I STILL HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. TRYING TO GET SOME SATISFACTION WITH A REFUND OR A REPAIR HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE GETTING THEN TO RETURN MY CALLS IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE. BEWARE OF THIS OUTFIT

Scam they charge to come out which was fine but then there is hidden charges like travel and pumped up charges for a simple repair my cost would have been over 400 dollars over 200 of that that was erroneous charges!!! I sent he packing and was forced to pay the 100 fee to just get his ass thru the door!!! What a shame! Stay away from this company the time they pump up the charges you can just buy new!!

Sam was great to work with. He was able to install our dishwasher very fast and was very professional. I would highly recommend Sam of other appliances as well as he does them all!
