"Customer contacted us on June 30th after closing time. Even though we were closed on July 1st I called him back. The customer knew what part he needed and asked us to order. I explained we were closed July 1st-4th as well as our part supplier. I told him that the part could be ordered on July 5th and explained that there was a little bit of a back order on this part. I gave him our phone number and told him the eta for the part was July 18th and to call if it came in sooner. I also told him that we would put him on the 20th tentatively. We never received a call letting us know that the customer received the part early. We serviced July 20th."
