Called and his comp due to an error C20. The oven did not work and the warming center. The technician arrived, he checked the back of the unit and then he checked inside the unit and he said that the thermostat need to be changed.. He also turned the main panel on the wall off according to the manufacturing and had to press the warming center case several times as per manufacture suggestion.. at the end, he said that the thermostat it?s to be replaced and he came back to replace it. He made sure that all burners were working, which they were, and also made sure that the oven heat up the 350 what you did. But he never checked the warming station . A few days later when I had company, I tried to put the food on the warming station, but it has not worked. I called the company to complain and they told me that was not part of the Repair that they charge me $350. Iris G. Delray Beach.

Billy fixed our gas powered Wolf stove that was malfunctioning. It required ordering of parts, and as such, multiple visits. Appliance King stayed on top of the part orders and repairs until the job was done. As soon as parts were in, they scheduled appointments. I always received a call when Billy was headed to our house so that I could get home from work in time to meet him. Excellent work and customer service!

Ryan Moore was the technician who came to repair a dryer that others told me had a burned out motor. Replacement would have been very costly. Ryan took the appliance apart and learned that it was a very simple problem which he repaired on the spot and saved the cost of replacing this dryer. He recognized my concern over the expense and went the extra mile to get the job done. I recommend this company and Ryan Moore very highly. More than I could have hoped for - an honest service company and technician.

Quick service technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Had to order a part and come back a second time but was quick. Seems a expensive for refrigerator fan $400 and change. Would call again because of the service and I feel confident that they know what they’re doing.

I had a broken glass range/oven. The part that turned it on was discontinued. Somehow, they searched and worked their magic to find me the part I needed. Didn't take long once they got the part to fit me in the schedule! Highly recommend. When they arrived they were so nice. The staff was so friendly and attentive on the phone and in person. I had to keep rescheduling and no one yelled at me. They even helped me fix my screen door. I will call back if I ever have any issues again.
