Dryer stopped working. They had to replace the motor. They were very prompt, same day, and had to take the entire dryer apart to fix. Cost was more than I wanted, bordering on whether to scrap and buy a new one, but there was a lot of labor involved. So I guess that's why I rated the value lower, because it was more than I wanted to pay, not necessarily more than the task they performed was worth.

I received a call right away, and the repair person was at our door later that afternoon. He was efficient, professional, and courteous. He did not try to sell us service that we did not need, and gave us good advice about the nature of the problem. I would definitely recommend them.
