Save for a slight hiccup in scheduling (service & repair not being an exact science) it was a great experience. Work was professional & thorough. He is quoting me on my next repair (wine refrigerator).

My oven wouldn't start on Thanksgiving day. Had to send the turkey to my sister's oven. Called Home Advisor on Tuesday and Appliance Mann was one of the recommendations. He called right back and since he was in the area, he came within an hour. He was very personable, seemed knowledgeable and very neat. He installed a new igniter and the oven is fine. As far as price, I have no idea if it was fair, but from his numerous reviews, I assume it was. Very satisfied.

The technician arrived right away, but tried to defrost the evaporator coil on freezer by chopping ice out. A working refrigeration system was turned into a pile of junk. It appears the tech broke the evaporator. I had provided the make and model number in the service request with a request for a p trap drain.

Addressed the issue with the washer.

Showed up on time for initial assessment and on the day we agreed work should be done. Performed work with ease (knew exactly what needed to be done and how to properly do it). After completing the work to repair the washing machine, cleaned it off and made sure the dryer was properly stacked and connected as it first was when he started the job. Washing machine is working with no leaks now and can't tell it was ever touched/repaired..

Came three times to try to fix the same appliance and ended up leaving me with a broken appliance and without a part that he took with him and never returned. I had to buy the part again and the next repairman fixed it in one quick visit. He's a nice friendly guy but should be honest with clients if he is inexperienced with and cannot repair certain appliances. Get a specialist for your appliance and avoid this guy.

Appliance Mann responded to my request on Home Advisor within a few minutes of posting a request for washing machine repair. Shia came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and came back the following day to install it. He also checked my dryer and dishwasher and fixed a small problem with my fridge while he was here. He was here at the time scheduled. Shia is very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Shia was out my house within 2 hours of my phone call asking for repair of my fridge. He was very professional and kept me informed of the problem and the time frame to finish the work. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I hired Shia in a pinch when my laundry machine drain pump failed at the last second before going on vacation. He was supernice, he was able to come the next day, and even brought parts to assure it would be fixed! We were back doing laundry that day. He was very trusting that he would get paid and was responsive with his communications. I am definitely keeping his contact, could not have wished for a better experience.

I hired Shia to fix a leaking hose in our refrigerator. He was fairly priced, reliable and came on time. Super nice too. Should I need appliance repair in the future, I'll call Appliance Mann!

Shia of Appliance Mann was in one word the BEST!!!!!!!! He showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong with my washer/dryer expedited the needed part with my service provider came back in a couple of days and fixed it. Most important I could see what a top notch mechanic he is by the way he took apart the machine so carefully and put everything back the same way! He also stood back and ran the machine to see if it worked before he left- how many mechanics do that? last but not least he treated my house like his own. He was so careful where he worked not to scratch the appliance or hit the walls in the laundry room which made my wife happy. I can say this. I have extended warranties on my other appliances with Service Assurance (my contractor) and if I call them again I will DEMAND that they send Shia!!!
