We had a refrigerator that froze solid, multiple times and when we researched on the internet we found lots of people saying it couldn't be fixed. Troy came out 3 times, once replacing the computer module and refunding us for it, before he got it repaired. His price was extremely generous for as much time as he spent trying to fix it. He got it done but we were wary and got a new one a year later.
